Free Spirits Counters Misleading Information


Recently, Free Spirits has become an item of interest to the news media. While we welcome all honest enquiries into, and all honest reporting of, Free Spirits and its Internet activities, much of the information being supplied to the media is inaccurate, misleading, and sometimes blatantly false. To correct this, the Free Spirits Committee would like to point out the following:

1. Free Spirits is a support organization only.

Free Spirits is not a political advocacy group, and we have no agenda save providing the means by which people who find themselves attracted to minors may help themselves come to terms with their attraction in a way that is ethical, informed, and supportive. To that end we are, and always have been, a support group. We do not condone or encourage illegal activities of any kind. We do not permit illegal discussions of any kind on the web boards hosted by Free Spirits. And we do not allow any of our services to be used for trading, discussing, accessing, storing, or distributing pornography of any kind.

2. Free Spirits is responsible for the content of its sites, not our ISP, Epifora, Inc.

The content of all Free Spirits' sites is the sole responsibility of Free Spirits. Like many other entities on the Internet, Free Spirits owns its own server, which is housed under a colocation agreement with the Internet Service Provider, Epifora, Inc. The content of all Free Spirits sites has repeatedly withstood scrutiny by lawyers and law enforcement agencies and been found to be completely legal under all applicable laws.

Free Spirits oppose un démenti aux allégations faites à son sujet


Free Spirits a récemment attiré l'attention des médias. Bien que nous soyons ouverts à toute demande honnête d'informations , ainsi qu'à tout reportage objectif à propos de Free Spirits et de ses activités, nous souhaitons apporter des corrections aux informations fournies à la presse jusqu'à présent, ces dernières étant pour la plupart inexactes, trompeuses, voire carrément fausses.

1. Free Spirits est une organisation de soutien et d'entraide.


    Free Spirits ne poursuit aucun but politique. Nous cherchons seulement à aider les personnes ayant une attirance physique pour les enfants en leur offrant support et information, afin de gérer cette réalité d'une façon éthique, responsable, et respectueuse d'eux-même et des autres. C'est en ce sens que Free Spirits est et a toujours été un groupe d'entraide. Nous ne cautionnons ni n'encourageons aucune sorte d'activité illégale. Nous n'autorisons aucune discussion illégale sur les forums que nous hébergeons. L'utilisation de nos services pour la consultation, l'échange ou la distribution de pornographie, sous toute ses formes, est également interdite.

2. Free Spirits est responsable du contenu. Son ISP, Epifora Inc, ne l'est pas.


    Free Spirits est seul responsable du contenu de chacune des ressources publiées. Kürzlich lenkten die Medien ihr Interesse auf Free Spirits . Während wir objektive Untersuchungen und ehrliche Reportagen über Free Spirits und die dazugehörigen Internet Aktivitäten unterstützen würden, sind die Information, die man in den Medien veröffentlichte, ungenau, irreführend und teilweise absolut falsch. Um diese Informationen zu korrigieren, würde das Komitee von Free Spirits gerne seine Ansichten darlegen:

1. Free Spirits ist lediglich eine Organisation der Selbsthilfe

    Free Spirits ist keine politische Gruppierung. Unser Ziel liegt lediglich darin, für Menschen, die sich von Kindern angezogen fühlen, eine Anlaufstelle zu sein, damit sie über ihre eigenen Gefühlen auf einer ethischen, informierenden, und unterstützenden Ebene refkletieren können. Schliesslich sind, und waren wir immer eine Selbsthilfegruppe. We verharmlosen oder ermutigen illegale Aktivitäten nicht, egal welcher Art. Wir dulden keine illegalen Diskussionen jeglicher Art auf den Internet Foren von Free Spirits. Unser Service wird nicht dazu benutzt, um Pornographie jeglicher Art, zu verbreiten, zu speichern, zu tauschen oder damit zu handeln.


2. Free Spirits ist verantwortlich für jegliche Inhalte der Seiten auf dem Server von Free Spirits, nicht unser Internetanbieter Epifora, Inc.

    Die Inhalte der Seiten auf dem Server von Free Spirits' liegen einzig und allein in der Verantwortung von Free Spirits. Wie viele andere Existenzen im Internet, besitzt Free Spirits seinen eigenen Server, der mit einem Kollokationsvertrag bei dem Internet Service Provider Epifora, Inc. untergebracht wurde. Die Inhalte aller Seiten auf dem Server von Free Spirits wurden und werden öfter von Anwälten und Exekutivorganen überprüft und wurden für vollständig legal unter allen anwendbaren kanadischen Gesetzen befunden.
